Sebastian Terry (@seb100things) is the Founder of 100things and Kindsum, a Keynote Speaker, a TV Host, an Author and a Philanthropist. About This Episode:

Inspired by the death of a close friend, Sebastian Terry experienced a moment in his life when he asked himself a simple question: “Am I happy?” The answer was a resounding NO, which compelled him to create a list of 100 Things that he hoped would help him find happiness. Fast forward 10 years, after dropping everything in his life to pursue his crazy list, and Sebastian’s story has grown from a personal adventure into a global philanthropic movement that engages a growing tribe of hundreds of thousands of people to set meaningful goals, achieve one’s biggest dreams and help others in need.

In this special episode, I have an enlightening and inspiring conversation with Sebastian about the personal journey to finding self and happiness, and how to really feel ALIVE at this time—starting from a list and then going much bigger.
