What is the one thing we don’t know we need? The answer hit me hard at a recent company event when I saw how much people needed to come out and reconnect. The answer: Community. Coming off the year we just had, we need each other more than ever before – not just for ourselves as individuals, whether we’re introverts or extroverts, but also as leaders needing to foster and create a sense of community for those following us. Brands and companies also need to build community around their mission.
