I’ve known Jeremy Jackson for nearly 15 years and have seen firsthand how he has overcome adversity in all aspects of life, and so I wanted to have an empowering dialogue with him and provide insight into a life a lot of us are curious about.

Know anybody who no matter how much they do or give, they think it’s never enough? Or, how about somebody who constantly feels the world is out to get them? Ever met a person who just seems happy and at peace all the time? I think I understand why these three types of people feel this way—it comes down to a personal perception.
Ever met somebody and thought, “wow, that person has a lot of life in them?” It comes down to energy. I’m a big believer that energy is life. When we feel most alive, our energy is at an optimum level. I think age is less about the number of years and more about the level of energy.
